These Terms should be read together with any quotation, proposal, invoice, Statement of Work (SOW), or service agreement. If a signed agreement contains different terms, the signed agreement will prevail for that specific engagement, subject to applicable law.

Services & Scope
SERVEX provides Amazon marketplace, e-commerce, advertising, creative, website development, and related professional services as agreed in the proposal, invoice, or SOW. Services not included in the agreed scope may require additional fees and timelines.

Engagement & Acceptance
You accept these Terms when you approve a proposal, make payment, provide account access or project information, or instruct us to begin work. If you act on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Payment & Fees
Fees, payment structure, taxes, and billing cycle are defined in the proposal or invoice. Work may begin only after required payment and information are received. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, Amazon fees, advertising spend, and third-party charges.

Delivery, Revisions & Timelines
Timelines are estimates and depend on your responsiveness, information accuracy, platform reviews, and other factors beyond our control. Revisions are for improving an approved deliverable within the agreed scope and limit.

Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, andcompleteness of all information, documents, andmaterials you provide, including product claims, certifications, pricing, and inventory.

Amazon SPN & Third-Party Disclaimer
SERVEX is an independent third-party service providerand part of the Amazon Service Provider Network (SPN).We do not control Amazon, its systems, policies, or decisions. Amazon controls approvals, rankings, account actions, and policy enforcement.

No Guarantee Policy
We provide professional support and optimization. However, results vary based on competition, category, market trends, Amazon algorithms, policy changes, and other external factors. No specific sales, ranking, approval, or reinstatement outcome is guaranteed.

Confidentiality & Account Access
We treat your business information as confidential and access your accounts only as needed to deliver theagreed services. You remain the owner ofand credentials.

Refund & Cancellation

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERVEX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
